The EUDR covers seven commodity categories. In Ghana, the most affected export crops are:

Cocoa — Ghana's largest export commodity. All cocoa entering EU must be accompanied by due diligence statements from the 2024 harvest onwards. COCOBOD is coordinating traceability at the national level, but individual farm-level GPS documentation remains the responsibility of farmers and LBCs.

Cashew — Ghana's Bono Region, Brong-Ahafo, and northern zones produce significant raw cashew nut volumes for EU processing markets. EUDR compliance will be required for all EU-bound shipments.
