Farm Financial Intelligence

Know your farm's true profit.

Most Ghana farmers know their yield but not their margin. Seneroy AI's farm profit calculator gives you a clear picture of revenue, costs, and net profit for any crop — in Local GHS for smallholders or USD for commercial exporters. Free, offline-capable, and calibrated for Ghana's actual market conditions.

Smallholder Local mode. Commercial USD mode.

Ghana's farming economy operates at two scales and Seneroy AI's profit calculator serves both. Smallholder mode works in Local GHS, calculates in bags rather than tonnes, and uses Techiman and Kumasi market reference prices for maize, cassava, yam, rice, groundnut, and other staple crops grown at 1–10 acre scale.

Commercial mode operates in USD, works at hundred-acre scale, and integrates live export prices for cocoa (ICE Futures / COCOBOD), cashew (WCA FOB), oil palm (CPO), and rubber (RSS3). It also models efficiency factors — the percentage of yield meeting export grade standards — which is critical for cashew kernel and cocoa operations where quality sorting determines your effective revenue per kg.

Switch between modes with one tap. Both modes run entirely in the browser — no server call, no internet required once the app is loaded.

Every cost. Every revenue line.

Your numbers. Your calculator.

The calculator works best when fed with your actual farm data. Seneroy AI includes a CSV/Excel data import engine that reads your historical yield, revenue, cost, and profit records and automatically pre-fills the calculator sliders with your own averages.

Upload a spreadsheet with Year, Block Name, Yield/Acre, Revenue, Cost, and Profit columns and the app rebuilds all charts and calculators from your real data. You can download a template directly from the app to get started, or use Seneroy AI's built-in 8-year demo dataset to explore what the analysis looks like before importing your own numbers.

Once your data is loaded, Lena AI can answer questions about your specific profitability trends — "which block has the best margin?", "what yield do I need to break even at current prices?", "how does my profit compare to last year?" — all grounded in your actual farm records.
